The Kingdom of Norway is included in the list of foreign states that commit unfriendly actions against Russian diplomatic and consular missions abroad
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 02 August 2023 N 2075-r "On Amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 13 May 2021 N 1230-r"
In this regard, on the basis of Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 23 April 2021 N 243 "On the application of measures to influence (counter) unfriendly actions of foreign states" the number of individuals located on the territory of the Russian Federation and with whom embassies, consulates, representative offices of state bodies and state institutions of unfriendly countries can enter into employment contracts, for the Kingdom of Norway will be limited to 27 people.
