A new procedure for establishing air navigation and airport charges, tariffs for servicing aircraft at airports and Russian airspace and collecting fees calculated on their basis has been approved (see Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 27 April 2024 No. 149, registered May 30, 2024).
Water and sea transport
Rules have been approved for the exchange of electronic contracts for the carriage of goods, electronic waybills, electronic road statements, electronic receipts for acceptance of cargo for transportation, information contained in them, between the carrier and the sender and the sending of such documents and information contained in them to the state electronic information system transportation documents (see Resolution of the Government of Russia dated 1 June 2024 No. 753).
Rules have been approved for the exchange of electronic contracts for the carriage of goods by sea and electronic bills of lading, information contained in them, between the carrier and the sender and for sending such documents and information contained in them to the state information system of electronic transportation documents (see Resolution of the Government of Russia dated 31 May 2024 No. 734).
The formats and forms of an electronic contract for the carriage of goods, an electronic waybill, an electronic road manifest and an electronic receipt for acceptance of cargo for transportation have been approved (see Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated 14 May 2024 N ED-7-26/383@).
International trade and investment
The Agreement on free trade in services, establishment, activities and investments between the countries of the CIS has been ratified (see Federal Law of 12 June 2024 N 132-FZ).
The Free Trade Agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and its member states, on the one hand, and the Islamic Republic of Iran, on the other hand, has been ratified (see Federal Law of 12 June 2024 N 131-FZ).
