On 28 February 2024, the Moscow Arbitrazh Court registered a claim by the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) (Russia) against the Finnish shipyard Arctech Helsinki Shipyard. The contents of the claims have not yet been published. The case will be heard by Judge M.S. Ogorodnikova.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 15 August 2024.
