Sergey Dedikov, Research Consultant, ad hoc expert in Russian insurance and reinsurance law; has been practicing in the insurance industry since 1994 and has authored over 700 research articles and other publications on entrepreneurship, civil and insurance law, insurance economics, and anti-money laundering control.

Sergey teaches at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Advanced Training System for Insurance Organization Specialists, and the Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
