  • Sergey Filin
    Sergey began working as a lawyer in the Bank of Russia system in 1996. Later, in 1999 and 2003, Sergey graduated from the law and economics departments of the Tambov State Technical University. In 2009, he defended his dissertation and received the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences at the Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavin.

    In 2023, he underwent professional retraining at the Moscow Institute of Technology and Management and became a professional mediator.

    Sergey has many years of experience in banks (Bank of Russia, commercial banks), financial and other organizations in various positions (from lawyer and business consultant to deputy chairman of the bank's board and regional head of the Bank of Russia department).

Currently, Sergey heads the legal department of a financial company (Moscow) and practices negotiations, conflict resolution, dispute resolution in pre-trial and judicial proceedings. Participates in debt restructuring and debt collection procedures, bankruptcy of legal entities and individuals, settlement of business disputes and labor conflicts, as well as disputes over non-fulfillment of contractual obligations. Sergey's experience in the Bank of Russia (as a supervisory authority) and financial institutions (as supervised by the Bank of Russia) allows him to participate in resolving complex situations and have a comprehensive view of the problem at hand.

Sergey is a mediator of the Solis Mediation Center.
